Analyze
I began by researching frameworks and methodologies on how data-driven decision making can foster accountability. I also explored ways to integrate AI tools to streamline content development and enhance efficiency.

Design
Next, I mapped out the course structure, and planned interactive elements. I drafted the application guide to reinforce practical application and designed a Storyline block to add interactivity within the Rise course.

Develop
Once my design was finalized and approved, I built the course in Rise, incorporating the Storyline block and initial content. Once the draft was complete, I gathered feedback and made necessary revisions to improve flow and learner experience.

Implement
I assembled a cross-functional team—including a copy editor and graphic designer—and shared my vision and content. We enhanced the visuals of the deliverables and once I got final stakeholder approval I uploaded it to our LMS.

Evaluate
I incorporated feedback during development and planned for ongoing evaluation post-launch. Once the course is live, I will analyze learner feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
