My Process
-
Analyze
When I stepped in as Product Owner, I began by reviewing stakeholder notes and researching frameworks on trust-building to understand the desired outcomes. This helped me identify key themes around building relationships with trust.
-
Design
From those insights, I created the RICH model and developed a concept that tied trust to a banking metaphor. I designed an interactive Storyline activity where learners could make decisions based on best practices to increase engagement.
-
Develop
I built the course in Rise which included a Storyline interaction, as well as the application guide. I then refined these items based on early stakeholder feedback. My goal was to make the course cohesive enough to get my vision across to the rest of team.
-
Implement
I assembled a project team of my peers to bring this product to life. I then communicated the vision, coordinated edits, and oversaw visual enhancements. After securing final stakeholder approval, I published the course in Workday LMS.
-
Evaluate
The course achieved a 4.74/5 star rating and 403 completions, validating its effectiveness and informing future improvements. Moving forward, I will continue to analyze learner feedback and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
