Initiated course concept to help individual contributors understand how daily actions impact overall influence.
Researched frameworks and tools to support learner application, leveraging AI tools for content curation and idea generation.
Designed and developed the course in Rise, including two custom Storyline interactions:
One to prompt reflection on current influence.
Another to demonstrate how accountability drives growth.
Utilized AI-assisted writing and editing tools to refine scripts and ensure clarity.
Drafted initial course and interactive assets for stakeholder review.
Acted as Instructional Designer and Product Owner, leading visual design and copy editing efforts.
Communicated vision and content requirements to the project team, using AI-driven design suggestions for enhanced learner engagement.
Secured stakeholder approval and published the course in Workday LMS.
Achieved 4.87/5 star rating and 271 completions post-launch.
My Process

Analyze
I began by researching frameworks that could help individual contributors understand how their daily actions correlate to their level of influence. I integrate AI into thids process by thought partnering with a chatbot. This research guided the course objectives and ensured the content was practical and actionable.

Design
Next, I focused on visualizing the concept for learners. I drafted the Rise course structure and designed two Storyline interactions—one to prompt reflection on how current behaviors affect influence, and another to show how accountability can grow influence over time. These made the learning experience more interactive.

Develop
I moved into development by building the Rise course, the application guide for the course and creating the Storyline assets from scratch. I refined the content for clarity and engagement, incorporating initial feedback to improve flow and usability. I also tested the interactions thoroughly to ensure functionality.

Implement
Acting as both Instructional Designer and Product Owner, I led the project team, which included a graphic designer and copy editor. I communicated the vision, oversaw edits, and ensured the final product aligned with the initial stakeholder vision. After securing final approval, I was able to publish the course in the Workday LMS.

Post-launch, I continued to monitor engagement and feedback. The course earned a 4.87/5 rating and 271 completions, confirming its effectiveness and providing insights for future improvements. I will continue to analyze learner feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
